E-mailová komunikace v angličtině

In the absence of the visual cues available in face to face interactions, successful written communication depends on delivering an unambiguous message in an appropriate tone and style. In this workshop, we will work on conveying concise, accurate and relevant information, which will produce the intended effect on the recipient. Participants will work in groups to write semi-formal emails, and to discuss sample texts.
